This position as it is not simply an honorary title; it is bestowed on someone who is recognised as an incredible person they are. They are someone that helps us make a difference in the burn community. Their very presence has given all of us encouragement and sense of community as they shared their spirit, their life, and their courage with us.
They make a significant impact in our community and their fund raising and burn prevention work they do for the Peter Hughes BURN Foundation is exceptional; they are a role model for us all. I cannot tell you how thrilled I am to confer upon them this title and I cannot think of anyone more deserving.
