Carol Mayer’s commitment, passion, drive, and personality have brought so much to all of us Burn Survivors and the community. Her amazing attitude is an example to us all and I am very proud to bestow upon you the title of Peter Hughes BURN Foundation Ambassador.

This position as it is not simply an honorary title but one that recognises you as the incredible person you are and someone that helps us make a difference in the burn community. Your very presence at the retreat gave us all encouragement and sense of community as you shared your spirit, your life, and your courage with us.

You make a significant impact in your community and the fund raising and burn prevention you do for the PHBF is exceptional and you are role model for us all. I cannot tell you how thrilled I am to confer upon you this title and I cannot think of anyone more deserving.
