Jessica Smith’s commitment and inspiration has brought so much to all of us Burn Survivors and also the community. She is a prime example of what a BURN Survivor is by not letting anything stand before her and making her dreams come true. I am very proud to bestow upon her the title of Peter Hughes BURN Foundation Ambassador.

This position as it is not simply an honorary title but one that recognises you as the incredible person you are and someone that will help the foundation make a difference in the burn community. Your very presence at the Yarramundi Retreat April 3rd 2011 gave us all encouragement and sense of community as you shared your spirit, your life, and your courage with us.

I cannot tell you how thrilled I am to confer upon you this title and I cannot think of anyone more deserving, and assist us and others in delivering and receiving the services to BURN Survivors and their families that they deserve.
